Liberty Patriots’ Transistion Game Too Much Too Handle!

PremierBAll had a chance to catch up with Liberty Head Coach Quentin Lester who has coached his team to a 20-4 start & currently ranked #7 in the state of Nevada. Coach Lester who has been in the program for only a year has revived the Lady Patriots’ Basketball program to an elite status in the Las Vegas area. We look forward to seeing how far Coach Lester can take his program in the play offs this year.

The Pariots who were led by Jade Washington who plays the game of basketball better than most elite boys at her position. Washington who is a big guard at 5′7 with mass is a pass first shoot second point guard with big time talent and upside. Washington scored 20 points and dished out over 10 assist and controlled the flow of the game all night. Amanda Delgado a smooth scorer off the dribble added 15 points. Lightning quick combo guard Destiny Whitehead went for 20 points and was a terror on the defensive end which plagued for turnovers for the oppenent. Daynice Cochron added 10 points and solid board work as well. Look for the Patriots to make a big splash this year in the playoffs with there text book transition game and pressure defense. (Silverado)freshmen Tae’lor Monroe had a solid game with 10 points and Sr. Point Guard Shea Collins led the team with 12 points. Final Score was 67-57
